What should form action be to pass POST variables to a Module method (EE2)

I’m creating a module that collects contact information and displays it in the Control Panel.

The only problem is, I can’t figure out how to submit the data from my site’s contact form to the Module method accept_contact(). What am I supposed to set the form action to (<form action=”?”>) for it to receive the data from the $_POST variable? Is this possible?
