backspace="" not working with Tags

Experts!

I have installed the Tag module and it works well. Only one thing, the parameter backspace=”” does not work - it’s not getting rid of the last comma, as I specify in the following:

{exp:tag:tags entry_id="{entry_id}" type="weblog" orderby="clicks" sort="desc" limit="10" backspace="1"}<a href="http://{path=%27blog/tags/tag%27}{websafe_tag}" title="{tag}">{tag}</a>,
{/exp:tag:tags}

… and can be see on the following page, below the image: http://www.utexas.edu/cie/story/third-story-for-testing

Any ideas?
