Plugin (in progress): Char Limit 2

I’m currently working on a v2 of the famous Char Limit plugin. I want to add two features:

• limit character starting by the end
• option on/off for the ellipses

Very simple but enough for 99% of my needs. Maybe that will help all of us also.

Any thoughts? Comments?
