MSM or LG Extensions Problem?

I am actually having this same problem folks. The exact error I am getting is this:

Notice: Undefined index: 6 in /home/cotg/public_html/echo/extensions/ext.lg_social_bookmarks_ext.php on line 142

For now I am going to have to uninstall the extension until I can figure it out. The other sites are more important than the benefits of the extension. Even though I love the extension.
