FF Checkbox Group Question

Hello,
I have a news weblog which has a checkbox group as a custom field. The checkbox group is made up of 5 countries.
In the template I need to say show all news items where the user has checked the checkbox “Spain”.
Does anyone know how to do this or where I can find documentation to help me out.
