shift fckeditor not loading

I’m having issues with shift fckeditor extension. I can get it to load in IE 6, 7, 8, Firefox, and Safari (although it has scrolling issues) however my clients are having all kinds of trouble in IE and Firefox.
It’s not just that the wysiwyg won’t load, but the entire content area doesn’t show up.

Has anyone used ckEditor? I need to wysiwyg editor to load automatically. Could I use WYGWAM to achieve this?

I resolved the issue.
I uninstalled FCKeditor and installed CKEDITOR with the WYGWAM($29) plugin. Everything is working great now.
