Post Entry To Twitter

I’ve encountered a few options so far regarding Twitter and showing your timeline, posting to Twitter from the admin panel etc.

What I’m interested in is giving readers the ability to post an entry to their Twitter account, something along the lines of a “Tweet This Article” akin to the old standby “Email This Article”

Does anyone know if this exists yet, as an Extension/Module etc?
