MSM not saving NSM Publish Plus settings

I currently have 7 sites using MSM. When I set the group settings in NSM Publish Plus for the first 3 sites everything saves fine. Then when I try to save the settings for the 4th site; all the previous settings are reverted back to the default. What I am trying to do is give the Superadmin publisher right to all sites. Then each site will have a editor. I am using

ExpressionEngine 1.6.7 Build: 20090122 NSM Publish Plus (v.1.1.1) Multiple Site Manager Version: 1.1 Build: 20081024
