Hi Jack,

Today my client purchased Boomerang and I have installed it.

All seemed to go OK… but I have a problem.

1) When I do the test SEND it works and sends and arrives at my mail client. When I use the mailing list the says the email has been sent but nothing arrives… yeh the email addresses are correct. additionally When checking to see the REPORTS: There has not been any trackable emails sent yet. after send and receiving the OK mail sent…. I send via schedule and nothing arrives.

Under settings… PHP Safe Mode says: PHP Safe Mode is off. You shouldn’t have any mail scheduling problems.

Also.. 2) Can I insert a URL (for an existing page) for the send?

any ideas?

cheers Lance

I’m sorry i didn’t see this post earlier – if you could post future support questions on the main Boomerang thread (http://ellislab.com/forums/viewthread/126886) we’ll be able to see it a lot quicker.

To answer, have you set up and confirmed the cron job is running?
