Better Meta HELP

I am having such an issue with Better Meta, no matter what I put in, the titles appear for some entries and not others. I have two sections to the website using the same header and I’ve tried every example that is provided the docs as well as things from this forum and still no luck. the site is http://www.sawtooth.com
