Blank Edit screens (after deinstalling extension?)

I can’t seem to edit my weblog entries anymore. I get a blank screen. It happened after deinstalling the tinymce extension.
After deinstalling I got rid of all the associated files (I work with MAMP). There where two weblogs with an WYSIWYG custom field. I turned those into texarea fields after deinstalling.
I installed a backup but no joy the same problem: after clicking on an entry (not all, but I don’t see a relation) in the edit I get a blank screen. If I access the pages through the site index template they do display properly though. I can’t publish to weblogs either: blank screen
Help is very much appreciated. Rather desperate by now …
oxford, can you globally disable all of your extensions for testing purposes? You’d click on the big green button labeled Disable Extensions.

yep that helps, they are back! should I cycle through to find the one thta’s playing up?

LG Data Matrix seems to be the problem.
Although there is one entry with a LG data custom field in it which does display in the Edit entry tab and I can also publish to it.
There is one thing I have not done: CP jQuery must also be configured to use jQuery 1.2.6 and jQuery UI 1.5.3 with “Interactions”.
Could you help?
