Solspace Comments Uploads

Hi, posted this at Solspace Forums but no reply as yet and is reasonably urgent…does anyone have any experience with the new Comments Upload extension - I have a small problem with it…

Basically, extension is installed ok and - afaik - all installation steps carried out correctly, but when image is chosen and comment submitted the result is a blank page.

Image is not found in the directory - and comments post ok if CU tag parameters are not in place..

Any ideas?
