Need Help with LG File Manager

The LG File Manager extension seems to be trimming the start of my script path, I’ve tried changing it manually but it seems like its cached and I don’t know how to clear it.
The problem occurs when outputting the path in the head, it should be going to:
/admin/vendors/tiny_mce/plugins/filemanager/js/instead its going to:
/vendors/tiny_mce/plugins/filemanager/js/However, when I use the File Manager plugin as a custom field in Expression Engine the link in the editor works fine, no icon for a file in the toolbar though.
Has anyone else come across this problem before?

Okay, solution was simple, completely forgot that I was gzipping TinyMCE, removed the cached gz files and everything works peachy, me = moron!
