I think we’re good. On post #4 they cleared up that it’s the 14th when they’re occupied. I’m going to call Red 7 tomorrow to hopefully setup some drink specials.

So the definite date is Wednesday? I’d love to come as well, but unfortunately us Whooozies are flying in on Austin late that day so I’m not sure we’ll make it…

Never mind, I accidentally checked on May 2011 where the 11th is on a Wednesday. Oops… Friday the 11th of March is fine I guess. We’ll be flying in on the 9th at around 7pm with 7 timezones worth of jet lag in our heads. Then again, Friday won’t be a problem 😉

Awesome to have this meetup at SXSW! One tiny suggestion though: make this party only available to people with a SXSW badge or at least make sure the attendees are interested in EE in stead of the free booze you’ll be offering. We organized the EECI pre-party at SXSW last year and had around 40 party crashers. Friday night and free booze is for locals a great way to start the weekend. 😉
