Will my entry be looked on with distain as I’m not yet using CodeIgniter?
(I’ve messed with it on a local box but not on a paying project as I’ve been waiting for EE2)

Applied for the beta, fingers crossed, although I have only been using EE for a month or two so I dunno if I have earned it yet! I guess I’ve only experienced a small amount of the pain of waiting for 2.0 a lot of you have been feeling. 😊

I just wanted to say how awesome it is to read posts from people who are relatively new to the forums - welcome to the community Tony, Daniel, webdesignee, Carl, creativemediafarm, and S_Park. Great to see you!
We’ve been working our tails off on this, and I’m really proud of where we are, and where we’re going. And I mean “we” in the sense not only of EllisLab, but also everyone who contributes to make the community as great as it is.

I am 100% sure I will win the mug AND be the first to be allowed in as second wave beta tester.
And do you want to know why?
Because I copied the Ponies phrase and pasted it in the box where it belonged—and then upon hitting the Send or OK button, realised the sentence I actually copied was “*****”
I’ll be buying the EE team a “ony” instead of a pony. And that, my friends will SURELY earn me a place with the beta team AND the mug!!!

After submitting the “ExpressionEngine 2.0 Phase Two Beta application” I got a page with this message on it:
“You must be logged in to access this feature.
Your session has expired or you are not currently logged in. Please return to the ExpressionEngine site and log in before accessing this page.”
don’t know if that means my form got submitted or not?!
