Member model hooks not firing when adding additional roles to member

If a user’s primary role is changed, the after_member_save hook fires.
However, if additional roles are added under the Roles section, none of the member save / update hooks seem to fire. Are there any other hooks that can be used to track when user roles are assigned this way?

There’s no other hook that would fire for that specifically. after_member_save should be the one you want to be using.
I think there are missing hooks relating to roles / member groups / role groups, that is the cause of this bug. You may want to file this.
