Changing default avatar?

Does EE 7 allow changing the default avatar that appears on the top right corner of the control panel? On most platforms, you can click on the image and see an option to change it, but it doesn’t seem to be possible here without switching the entire theme?

Howdy,
Thanks for getting in touch about this. If you click on the avatar in the top right, you should get a drop down. From there, you can click the “My Profile” link, on that page there is a upload for a new avatar.

For some reason, I cannot see anywhere in my profile section (as you explained) any mention or option to change my avatar. Do avatars need to be enabled? I am also looking at a fresh install, and I can’t see it!
