Hello

Every time I try to upload an image file, or any other type of file, to one of the folders on my server through the CMS I get an error message: No file. I have never had this problem before and I have not changed the permissions of the affected folders, which are all of them even when i create new ones.

Thnx

Hi Matahi,

Thanks for getting in touch about this.

I know you mentioned none of the permissions have changed, but I would still double check the permissions on the server level for that directory. It’s also worth checking out how the upload directory is configured, to confirm the file type is allowed.

Thanks,

Hi, Tom

Thank you for your answer. I have all permissions granted (777 - and all file types are allowed), and I can move files between folders through the control panel, but I cannot upload any new files. The error I get is always the same: No File. Even when I create folders in the root of the server it doesn’t allow me to access them either.

Thanks,

Matahi

I am also facing the issue while uploading files. Actually I have downloaded the files from the SharePoint account. All the files were migrated using the SysTools SharePoint Migration Tool. But now I can’t uploaded these files, even they are non-corrupted.

Hi, Rick

I finally had to contact my hosting provider to get them to take care of the issue and as I seem to recall it was a permissions issue that they were able to resolve by checking the server logs.
