Tried both RTE, but finally came back to a Textarea and custom buttons, including css-based widgets to responsively format some parts of the content.
The main point about any RTE is that the majority of their buttons won’t be really useful, or even counter productive (select that pink color and ruin the design) …while preventing you from having a real control over the generated code.
One of the real basic yet powerful tool would be the simple ability to add custom classes and attributes to the markup. That’s what the ee Texarea and custom buttons bring to the table.
