Hi,

(newbie question) :

I am trying to make a CP entry in my appointment channel. I created a relationship field called “related appointment agent” (relating to the agent channel).

I already made an entry for the agent channel.

Do you know why the agent entry does not appear as I try to make an appointment entry (see screenshot) ?

Thanks for your time.

Hi,

I managed to get it working but ticking on and off various parameters while editing the relationship field “related appointment agent” .

(I have no idea why the agent entry suddenly showed up while making a new appointment entry.)

it’s possible that the agent entry is not appearing due to a configuration or relationship field issue. Without more context, it’s difficult to determine the exact cause. However, if you are experiencing issues with your organization’s Access Gateway deployment, you can use the Access Gateway troubleshooting guide to resolve any issues. This guide includes steps to monitor logs, find status codes, and use tracking IDs to identify errors, and may be helpful in resolving any configuration issues.
