Control Panel showing 404 when trying to edit template

Hi,
I’m on a new site using EE 6.2.7. I developed it in a staging server, and now that the site is in the client’s server, I’m getting an error message when trying to edit templates.
A path example: /editors.php?/cp/design/template/edit/3
I get a “Error Page not found” message.
I can duplicate templates, but not edit them.
Long time EE user, but I have no idea how to troubleshoot this. Help?
My initial thought is that it could a Mod Security rule being triggered. These normally give a 403 error but I have seen 404 occasionally.
Make the error happen, then check your server logs to see if any Mod Sec rules are being triggered and disable the offending ones. Sometimes you may have to disable a few rules to cure things.

The client sorted it out, unfortunately I don’t have the details. I asked them to check server rewrite rules and any security modules. Something in their end was blocking files (including scripts) in the themes directory.
