Identical templates: 1 displays – 1 doesn't

How Do I?

Making a simple site with a few templates.

I’ve made the wrapper_template, pulled through the layout:contents and the index page display correctlly.

Creating another page for news/blog using a similar method – when tested it looks like the CSS links are lost - just a page of text.

Eliminating errors I decided to duplicate the index file, rename and test to see if it displays correctly. Identical code and the CSS still looks like it’s not connecting.

Anyone any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Sorted.

”/” on all paths of course!!!! (CSS and JS)

The index page seems to get a by-ball on that though??
