Fatal Memory Error on Search and LowSearch

Anyone else have issues with searching large amounts of entries using either native search or lowsearch. It seems to be one channel that is the issue which has 650+ entries. If I leave that channel out of lowsearch collections I dont get the error. I have plenty of memory having boosted it way up to 2048M for testing. The issue was also initially there on native search so I upgraded to lowsearch to see if that resolved the issue but it doesn’t. The line the error refers to has something to do with processing sub-categories. I actually don’t need to search categories but can’t see a way to disable that in lowsearch. The site actually has very few categories and no sub-categories.

Running EE 6.1.5 and lowsearch 7.1.0 most current of both

Any ideas?

There most be some memory leak, I don’t think 650 entries are considered a lot and search should handle it. Does each entry have multiple categories? How many?

There are only 9 categories total and the channel with the majority of entries does not have any categories assigned to it. Unfortunately as a fatal error debugging doesn’t help track it down.
