Created role(admin) unable to edit member in CP

Hi guys I have a problem

I created a new role(admin) in the setting I give the role in CP Access everything that are member related.

When Im logging with a user with admin role, from the cp home page there a list of member from there I am able to click and edit only the current user account. The other give me a “You are not authorized to access this page”.

When I go in the member section from the left panel, I see all member but im not able to edit anyone.

Did I miss something?
