Clicking field group name to show/edit fields instead of edit field group

The nitpick of all nitpicks…

I am forever clicking on the field group name to edit the fields in that group. Instead it leads to the edit field group screen which only has one option — to edit the field group name. And that’s something that I never, ever, ever (except for rare circumstances) do. We already have the pencil icon for that. I would love for clicking on the field group name to edit the fields in that group.
