Error logs in ee3

How Do I?

IN ee2 we could specify the path for error logs using the log_path in the config file. But in ee3 I only see settings for a log threshold and a log date format. when i set the threshold to 4 I’m not seeing logs being generated

so my question is twofold.

  1. where is the default path for error logs when you have them enabled?
  2. Is there a way to set the path since the log_path no longer works?

They should go into system/user/logs/:

Just create the logs folder and make sure it’s writable. That should do the trick.
