3.0.6: How do I change the Custom field order in a field group?

As the question says. This was an option in 2.10 but I don’t see it in 3.0.6 (and probably earlier but I just didn’t look for it.)

Hi Russ,
In 3.0 we opted to stick with Channel Layouts rather than having Channel Layouts and a custom field order (having both seemed a little confusing to us).
