Problems with the segment variables
How Do I?
Hi,
I moved a website with Expression Engine (2.10.2) from one server to another. The php versions is different and I believe also the php mode (it’s now as fpm application).
Expression Engine is running well with one exception: The segment variables don’t work. The variable is empty and so that unfortunately now the navigation is broken.
Have anyone an idea what is to configure that I can repair the problem?

Hey Oliver, can you share your config file’s setting for uri_protocol? And does the expected content show up on the correct URL?

I have changed the URI_protocol to “REQUEST_URI” and now the segment variable is working.

Glad to help! Just for posterity, was it previously set to AUTO or to QUERY_STRING? The setting that should work for 99% of folks is AUTO.
