{document_root} variable in upload path

Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to use {document_root} in the upload dirs (upload path). This way we don’t have to put all the upload dirs in the config.php for multi environments.
example: {document_root}/uploads/directory_one/

Though a multi environment config set up is not too difficult to do. Ideally we’d have multi environment available out of the box.

Just closing the loop here that this was implemented in 3.4.0 with {base_url} and {base_path}.
