EE 3.1 DP4 - superadmins can't post comments

I found out that Superadmin accounts have ‘can_post_comments’ in their session userdata array set to ‘n’ therefore can’t post comments.

I tried creating new account, and it had same problem. Normal member accounts can post comments.
