Option for content authors to choose whether a date is fixed or localized.

Lodewijk Schutte [2:21 AM] For Date fields: have the option to choose between “Fixed”, “Localized” and “Choose” in the field settings, where the radio buttons for Fixed and Localized are only shown when the “Choose” option is selected.

I second that request. Localized dates may be handy, but they should be optional, in many cases users don’t need to choose.
