After a recent update to 2.10 my .ogv files will no long upload. I get the error “File not allowed.”

I used to be able to upload no problem prior to the update.

The file is only 13mb, well below the allotted file limit. The .ogg mime type is in the mimes.php file and i even added on for .ogv just to see.

Another strange thing, is even when I upload the .ogv to my server via FTP it doesn’t even show in my file manager even after a file sync. It’s like EE doesn’t even want to acknowledge this file type any more.

.mov’s .mp4’s all upload fine still. AND I tested other ogv files that I had successfully uploaded in the past and those don’t work either.

I added the following to mimes.php and the upload worked:

'application/ogg', //.ogv
'application/ogv', //.ogv

Not sure which one did it, but it’s working and I’ll take it.

Probably should be noted for the core?
