Redirect after form action

Hey guys, I’m a newbie to expression engine and I had a question with setting the action on the form.
The action is fine but how do I get it to redirect after this is complete.
It is not going to the thank you page but rather going back homepage with module action in the url.
So /?ACT=10

You can choose where your form directs in the top form tag:
{exp:channel:form channel="channel-name" return="channel-name/thankyou"}
...your form here...
{/exp:channel:form}
