Form Submission Not Working

Hi all, I apologize, as this is the first time I have ever worked with EE.

Basically, my site needs two form registers. One for Supporters, and one for Vendors.

I have tried to create a member group, but I have no idea how to attach that member group to a submittal of a EE form. It is all very confusing if I do say so :(
