Channel Form throws error

When including a channel form in a template, it returns the following error
The configuration file config.php does not exist.For example this one
{exp:channel:form channel="contact_form" return="contact/thanks" }
<input name="title" type="text">
<input name="my_custom_field" type="text">
<input type="submit" value="Submit">
{/exp:channel:form}

Is this a confirmed problem? It’s a crucial part of one of my add-ons and i haven’t been able to make any progress testing it since. What is the planned release date for 3.0?

Hey sorry, NicoDG, yes Channel Form is having some problems, sorry it’s been blocking you. Hopefully we’ll get to it soon. No word on a release date yet, but it’s not in the immediate future. Dev preview will be at least two months long.
