I am trying to find details as how to use bootstrap with EE. Is it an easy process and where can I find details how to achieve this.

It’s just front-end code, right?
There’s no difference with it and any other HTML. Load it into EE, mix up HTML with EE tags, and get EE to spit it out as needed.
