EE Doesn't Recognize That I Am Logged In

My client migrated their site to a new server and now the front end of the site never recognizes when the user is signed in. Everyone always has a group_id of 3 (guest) and 0 for a member_id. I’ve cleared the caches. I’ve double-checked file/folder permissions. The CMS works fine. What could possibly be going on?

I figured it out. I had to clear my local cookies and I gave the cookies on the site a new prefix. That seemed to clear it up.
