Category structure

Hi,

Sorry for another category question, but here goes.

I’m sure how to go about setting up the following structure.

Poultry  --     Platinum Programme
         --     Cleaners Disinfectants
         --     Water treatment
         --     RedStim and Vitamins
 
Game Birds --    Cleaners Disinfectants
           --    Water treatment
           --    RedStim and Vitamins
 
 
Pigs       --    Platinum Programme
           --    Cleaners Disinfectants
           --    Water treatment
           --    RedStim and Vitamins

I need to add entries to a child of the parent category then be able to show all entries for that child category.

I’m not sure whether to have two categories or parent and child and how I would use channel entries to retrieve the entries.

Hope this makes sense and someone can point me the right direction.
