Expression Engine Site Hacked

Hello,
It seems that my expression engine site has been hacked. What happens is… when I visit the site first time and click on any link… my browser opens a new tab where the site that is visible changes.
Any ideas where I could locate this hack or what it might be?

I’d start by logging in via FTP and inspecting EE’s files - starting with index.php and admin.php. You’ll probably find some of them modified.
Get you get a backup ?
