questionnaire base on users

hi, i’m working on a project with expressionengine, there are three questions that members should answer after logged in, what i need is save answers by each user and access to answers for each user as a list and i should display each user answers in his/her profile page, i found some add-ons for questionnaire or poll but they don’t save answers by user, they collect all answers together, is there anything i can do?
