File Upload stopped working after upgrade

Anyone have any idea why, after upgrading to 2.9.3 Standard from Core, that my “Upload File” won’t work. I can access File Manager and all the settings, etc. But when I go to upload a file, the window won’t appear. No settings in my browser has changed, I’ve tried different browsers, etc. but no luck.
