Publish date error

Hi guys
I use the french language pack for one of my installation.
When a user set is language to french in control panel he cannot publish anymore.
Do I have to setup something?
In english all work fine.

The only thing is a red hexagon sign with an exclamation mark in the date tab
And when I check the date tabs, the date is like 2015-04-15 09:38 APRÈS MIDI
The problem is après midi for sure but how I change that?
