Need a bit help!

I need to setup custom settings for a site that sell advertisement “blocks” as a recurring timing periods. Meaning that client X want to get access to add their advertisement that uses channel form, and comes out as a ad-page with details, image(s) and events if they have in certain period etc.

What add-on suites best for the job and is easy to use in Europe? Is there add-ons that can charge recurring payment when creating an account?

So far I have looked at Charge, but what if I need to extent it in tuture to have products (like people are selling at devot:ee).

How hard those add-ons are in general to bridge into PayPal or similar services?

Would be glad for some ideas how I can make this happen, thank you!
