Keep Inactive Checkbox status same (disable or inactive )after Form submit -- validation or Repopulating time

Dear All,

I am in great trouble in codeigniter form validaiton and highly expecting your support. I have a form with several group of checkbox. If we click a checkbox, some group become disable/ Inactive. But after Form submit at validaiton , those Disabled or inactive checkbox become ACTIVE, But i do nto want it.

I want after Form submit and revalidating time, those checkbox should remain INACTIVE/Disable. If anyone can give me some advices or code examples please. Thank you in advance.
