Rich Text Editor in control panel blocks pasting with IE10

The rich text editor in EE’s control panel does not allow pasting text when using Internet Explorer. (11) I understand the WysihHat editor is used, but I cannot find a solution. Copy/paste is not part of the toolbox. Should it somehow be included?

Mozilla Firefox works fine.
