Post image upload hook

Hi all,

We use a source control system to deploy our EE site which has caused a problem with the image upload feature. Basically after a image is uploaded I need to run some code to add it into our repo.

I was hoping there was some kind of post image upload hook that I could utilise from an extension, but can’t see one. Can anyone suggest a way I can trigger some code as part of the image upload process?
