Whats your Twitter bootstrap work flow?

I am trying to learn how others in the community develop there twitter bootstrap sites with EE?

Do you add all the less files into EE and compile them the less compiler plugin, or a minimee inside EE? Do you compile your boot strap on you computer then add your single file to EE?

Any tips on how other people do it would be a great help to me a bunch in this trial and error phase off trying to get off the ground with bootstrap.
