Safecracker not working. After submit just refresh the page.

Hi,

I have used below simple code for Safecracker but it’s not working.

{exp:safecracker channel="channel_name" return="thankyou"}
Title:   <input name="title" type="text">
   <input type="submit" value="Submit">
{/exp:safecracker}

I have enabled debugger but it nothings shows any error.

Let us know why this happening.
