Safecracker won't W3C markup validate with XHTML 1.0 Strict? Any way to get this to work?

I have a simple form setup using Safecracker that works well. My only issue is the page will not validate markup to XHTML 1.0 STRICT mostly because of ampersands in the module calls. There are about 11 errors according to the W3C Validator. Here is a few of the errors:

=========================

Line 283, Column 90: general entity “ui” not defined and no default entity…f-8” src=”http://domain.com/?ACT=21&ui=core,widget,mouse,position,draggable,…

Line 283, Column 92: reference to entity “ui” for which no system identifier could be generated…8” src=”http://domain.com/?ACT=21&ui=core,widget,mouse,position,draggable,re…

Line 283, Column 165: general entity “plugin” not defined and no default entity…le,resizable,button,dialog,datepicker&plugin=scrollable,scrollable.navigator,e…

Line 283, Column 171: reference to entity “plugin” for which no system identifier could be generated…izable,button,dialog,datepicker&plugin=scrollable,scrollable.navigator,ee_file…

Line 283, Column 281: general entity “v” not defined and no default entity…,thickbox,toolbox.expose,overlay,tmpl&v=1309527671&use_live_url=y&include;_jque…

=========================

Is there a way to get a Safecracker form to validate correctly? The page validates 100% without the Safecracker tag. Freeform will not work on my server so please do not suggest.

Thanks, Bryan
