Hello All,

I have a requirement to tie in a SAEF (SafeCracker) channel entry with some kind of offensive word filtering - particularly not to post the entry if an offensive word is found.

I recall ExpressionEngine having something like this - but does it work with SafeCracker? if not, is there a call I can use to interact with it from my custom module?

Thanks All,

Carl.

But that just replaces words, doesn’t stop from posting.

I’ld suggest making an extension to hook into submit_entry and for extra comfort maybe even use javascript with ajax before the entry is even submitted (e.g. onChange etc.).

good luck
